The Role
As a Paid Media Specialist
You will be responsible for supporting the development of cross functional media strategies aligned with client objectives and audience behavior. You will provide support for the team leads to influence & create holistic media plans, and manage multi-channel media executions & optimizations. Proactively collaborating across teams, you will ensure a media activation that has high attention to detail, efficiency & impact to meet the needs of the client brief. You will closely monitor campaign performance, and offer real time insight into optimizations and business impact. Maintaining overall accountability for deliverable quality assurance (QA) based on published expectations and plan parameters will be essential. You will be tracking campaign performance and recommending optimizations as necessary will be crucial, along with active participation in client reporting and insight sessions to ensure the effective translation of media activities to business objectives and vice versa.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate across the Media Strategy, Investment & Activation teams, ensuring comprehensive media plans with realistic execution potential
- Translate audience data into actionable media strategies
- Maintain overall accountability for complete & timely plan development in line with client briefs
- Fostering collaboration effectively across various teams and maximizing resources
- Maintain a high attention to detail in all aspects of tactical planning and project management
- Ensure effective & efficient campaign execution in line with strategic campaign planning
- Participate actively in client reporting and insight sessions to ensure the effective translation of media activities to business objectives and vice versa
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of relevant experience managing digital media campaigns
- Experience implementing in different paid media platforms such as Meta, Google and Tik Tok
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to ensure project timelines
- Proactive mindset, constantly anticipating questions & potential requests based on evolving client needs
- Collaborative mindset and high attention to detail in all aspects of tracking & execution
- You are a self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects at a time with very high standards for your work
- Able to manage a budget, control costs, plan and schedule around agile client briefs
- Experience working with paid media apps is nice to have
