What You’ll Do
As a Performance Marketer at Pixxcel, you’ll be the go-to person for everything from ad strategy to backend tech implementation, ensuring that our clients see significant growth in revenue. You’ll lead end-to-end execution of campaigns, including copywriting, sales funnel development, and automation, while collaborating with internal teams and clients to exceed goals.
Responsibilities
- Paid Ads: Strategize, launch, and manage high-performing ad campaigns on Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and YouTube.
- Sales Funnel Development: Design and optimize funnels, landing pages, and lead capture systems for maximum conversions.
- Copywriting: Create compelling ad copy, landing page content, and email sequences tailored to client objectives.
- Automation Setup: Implement and manage email marketing automations (e.g., ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp) and WhatsApp integrations to nurture leads and close sales.
- Backend Tech Management: Handle CRM integrations, tracking pixels, UTM setup, and analytics tools for seamless campaign performance tracking.
- Client Revenue Growth: Analyze data, refine strategies, and take full ownership of driving ROI and revenue for clients.
- Performance Reporting: Provide detailed reports and actionable insights to clients, ensuring transparency and showcasing results.
- Problem Solving: Address underperforming campaigns with creative, out-of-the-box solutions to achieve client goals.
- Ownership: Manage end-to-end marketing operations, ensuring deliverables meet the highest standards without micromanagement.
What You Bring
- Experience: 3+ years in performance marketing with a track record of managing successful campaigns end-to-end.
- Revenue Focus: Proven ability to drive measurable revenue growth for clients using data-driven strategies.
- Technical Expertise: Experience with backend tools like CRMs, email marketing platforms, funnel builders (e.g., ClickFunnels, Leadpages), and analytics tools.
- Creative Skills: Exceptional copywriting skills for ads, landing pages, and email campaigns.
- Sales Funnel Knowledge: Hands-on experience building and optimizing funnels that convert.
- Ownership Mindset: A self-starter who can take full responsibility for client projects and deliver results with minimal supervision.
- Tools: Expertise in platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, ActiveCampaign, Zapier, and others.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.
