Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented growth marketer to join our growing team where you will play a pivotal role in driving our lead generation efforts and enhancing our brand presence in the market. In this role, you will strategize, execute, and optimize campaigns that target potential customers across multiple channels, including digital, email, social media, webinars, and events. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for leveraging data to drive marketing strategies.
- Develop and execute demand generation campaigns that drive high-quality leads and convert them into pipeline opportunities.
- Implement multi-channel marketing strategies, including digital advertising, email marketing, content marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, influencer marketing and event marketing.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create alignment on lead qualification, nurturing, and conversion strategies.
- Coordinate with existing channel partners to develop and execute joint lead generation and brand awareness initiatives.
- Identify and establish technology partnerships to expand market reach and enhance product offerings.
- Utilize these collaborations for co-marketing and lead generation opportunities to support business growth and revenue goals.
- Develop content strategies that align with demand generation goals, working with internal content creators and external partners.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
- Track, measure, and report on campaign performance, optimizing based on data to improve effectiveness and ROI.
- Build and manage marketing automation workflows, ensuring timely follow-ups and personalization to enhance lead nurturing efforts.
- Manage and optimize the demand generation budget to ensure effective allocation of resources and maximized ROI.
- Leverage CRM and marketing automation platforms to segment audiences, track behavior, and refine targeting strategies.
- Work with product and sales teams to create targeted campaigns tailored to specific customer personas and verticals.
- Proficiently use a variety of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, YouTube Studio, social media campaign management tools, and influencer marketing platforms.
Qualifications
- 3-6 years of experience as a growth marketer/digital marketer.
- Proven track record in executing successful demand generation campaigns for B2B SaaS products.
- Proficiency in digital advertising best practices and tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.).
- Demonstrated expertise in planning and managing YouTube, LinkedIn, and influencer campaigns.
- Excellent analytical skills to interpret large datasets and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging for various channels.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, prioritising tasks efficiently.
- Understanding of the buyer's journey and experience in developing strategies to engage prospects at each stage.
- Creative thinker with the ability to innovate in marketing strategies.
