Key Responsibilities
- Continuously run experiments to identify and optimize new growth channels, including but not limited to paid ads, YouTube integrations, Reddit, Twitter, and other innovative platforms.
- Develop and execute creative marketing strategies to attract and retain users.
- Own and manage the day-to-day execution of Staffagent.AI’s paid marketing strategy, with a focus on paid social and search.
- Optimize campaign performance through data-driven decision-making and A/B testing.
- Develop and implement strategies for organic growth through TikTok, Instagram Reels, SEO, and content marketing.
- Craft engaging content that resonates with target audiences and drives engagement.
- Plan and execute marketing activities for new product launches, ensuring alignment across teams and channels.
- Collaborate with product teams to highlight key features and benefits in marketing materials.
- Plan and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across social media, SEO/SEM, influencer collaborations, email marketing, and affiliate marketing.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, leveraging insights to optimize future efforts.
- Develop and implement SEO strategies that increase organic traffic and improve search rankings.
- Perform keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, and monitor SEO performance metrics.
- Identify, engage, and establish relationships with key influencers, content creators, and partners to expand our brand presence.
- Collaborate with influencers and partners to create authentic and engaging content.
You’re Likely a Good Fit If You
- Have a proven track record of creating viral videos on personal accounts or for brands.
- Move fast, have a strong bias for action, and aren’t afraid to step on toes to get things done.
- Live and breathe short-form content, with a keen understanding of what works and what doesn’t.
- Are data-driven, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Have excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- This is an entry level position. You will be trained on growth marketing for SaaS products or tech startups.
- Proficiency in marketing tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar.
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
