About The Role
As a Senior Growth Marketing Manager, you will lead our expansion efforts in France, one of our core markets. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in our international growth, harness your expertise to drive our ambitious targets and make a significant impact.
Your Mission
- Develop the French Market: Lead our growth marketing efforts, establishing Amenitiz as a dominant player in France
- Unite Cross-Functional Teams: Be the linchpin that brings together diverse teams, driving them towards exceeding NMRRR (New Monthly Recurring Revenue) targets.
- Data Integrity: Collaborate with Revenue Operations (RevOps) to guarantee meticulous tracking of all metrics across CRM, website and acquisition channels.
- Strategic Alignment: Lead cross-functional meetings to ensure alignment with our business plan, celebrating wins and tackling challenges head-on.
- Content Mastery: Craft the ultimate content strategy, maximizing lead generation across all acquisition channels.
- Innovation Through Testing: Conduct A/B testing experiments to find new growth levers across our sales funnel.
- Channel Exploration: Unlock and optimize new channels including paid media, partnerships, and SEO, elevating the quality of our lead generation.
- Market Adaptation: Tailor the inbound GTM (Go-To-Market) funnel specifically for France, ensuring market resonance.
- Financial Stewardship: Engage in pivotal budget and target setting discussions with our VP of Marketing, shaping our growth trajectory.
Your Profile
- Experience: 3-4 years in a relevant growth role, with a strong track record in scaling and optimizing marketing strategies.
- Performance Marketing Expertise: Proficiency in utilizing data-driven marketing strategies and platforms to drive business growth.
- Market Acumen: A deep understanding of the French market, with experience in tailoring strategies to diverse cultural contexts.
- Analytical Skills: Exceptional ability to analyze data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing performance.
- Leadership and Collaboration: Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and collaborating effectively with country managers, marketing, sales, and product teams.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot), analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics), and proficiency in SEO, content marketing, and digital advertising.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate marketing strategies and results to stakeholders at all levels.
- Adaptability: The ability to quickly adapt strategies in response to market changes and business needs.
- Innovative Thinking: A creative mindset with a track record of identifying and capitalizing on new growth opportunities.
