Job Description
As part of the B2C Marketing team, you will manage various marketing channels end-to-end with a substantial budget across multiple countries.
You will play a key role in driving the rapid growth of the user base for our Cleanfox app, which brings significant value to millions of users worldwide. You will also be responsible for launching our upcoming B2C apps.
Responsibilities
- Define the acquisition strategy for our target countries: budget allocation, channel selection, etc
- Strategize and manage paid acquisition campaigns across various channels: Social Ads, Google Ads, in-app exchanges, Programmatic, and more
- Consistently maintain high performance by monitoring campaign results and making swift, data-driven adjustments as needed
- Leverage various data sources to identify and evaluate growth opportunities and improve campaign performance
- Apply a test-and-learn approach to explore new acquisition sources
- Track and monitor advertising campaigns: create and implement tagging plans, add UTMs, and test event tracking
- Follow and improve attribution methods
Requirements
- Several years of experience managing campaigns on Meta, TikTok, or Google Ads
- Strong understanding of digital marketing funnels, channels, and associated KPIs: CTR, CVR, CPM, CPA, etc
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools, particularly mobile attribution platforms (Appsflyer, Adjust, Branch, etc.)
- High level of autonomy and an entrepreneurial mindset—you're not afraid to dig deep to uncover growth opportunities and tackle challenges head-on
- Experience with an app or B2C-focused company is a plus!
