Responsibilities
The Growth Marketing Expert focuses on driving business by leveraging digital strategies to maximize brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales. Here’s a more detailed job description:
- Growth team integration: actively collaborate with other members of the global growth team to align on paid strategies with broader organizational goals.
- Agency collaboration: work closely with external marketing agencies to enhance our paid traffic strategies targeting self‐service signups.
- Develop and implement growth marketing strategies across various digital channels.
- Utilize market research, data analysis, and creative problem-solving to improve customer acquisition and retention.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
- Manage and optimize strategies for digital marketing campaigns, including paid search, social media, and display advertising.
- Performance monitoring: regularly analyse and report on the effectiveness of paid campaigns, adjusting strategies as necessary.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Continuously test and refine marketing tactics to achieve sustainable growth.
- Foster collaborative spirit and cross-team communication and education.
- Serve as a go-to person and expert in the growth marketing field.
- Budget management: oversee and allocate the budget for paid strategies specifically for self‐service to maximize ROI.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Masters’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a growth marketing role.
- At least 2 years of experience in international B2B tech companies.
- Proven track record of successful growth strategies and results.
- Expertise with SEO and analytical tools like Google Analytics, Google Trends, SEMrush, Full Story, Hotjar, amplitude, Qlik Sense, Salesforce, and similar.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic and diverse environment.
Skills
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
