Role Summary
As the Paid Media Manager, you will be responsible for creating and executing the paid media strategy across all media channels, with a strong emphasis on digital. You'll need to develop strategies that resonate with consumers, address business challenges, and deliver exceptional media campaigns
Key Responsibilities
- Media Campaign Management: Plan and execute paid media campaigns across a variety of channels, including OOH, DOOH, Audio, Search, Shopping, Display, Social Media, Video, Affiliates, Partnerships, and Content Marketing.
- Campaign Launch & Analysis: Support the launch of campaigns by collaborating with partner agencies on planning, asset creation, implementation, and performance analysis.
- Performance Marketing: Oversee the performance of Search, Shopping, and Affiliate campaigns, managing budgets and optimizing to achieve target KPIs.
- Growth Strategy: Collaborate with internal teams to identify growth opportunities and implement strategies to drive business performance.
- Budget Management: Manage and track budgets across all paid media channels to ensure efficient allocation of resources.
- Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the Creative & Social teams to develop tailored ad content that resonates with target audiences.
- Partner Relations: Build and maintain relationships with external agencies, tech partners, and media partners, staying up to date on industry best practices.

About You
- Experience: 4+ years of experience managing large-scale Paid Media campaigns, with a strong focus on digital channels.
- Marketing Knowledge: Understanding of full-funnel marketing, channel dynamics, attribution, and performance metrics.
- Technical Skills: Experience using Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and proficiency with reporting tools like Google Analytics 4, Supermetrics, and Google Looker Studio.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to evaluate performance metrics, develop insights, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
