Your Future Position
You are responsible for generating qualified traffic to maximize our leads and e-commerce revenue for water softener and water dispenser areas.
- Develop lead generation strategy for B2C & B2B: Planning targeted digital campaigns to generate high-quality leads
- Campaign analysis: Monitoring and optimizing digital channel performance in collaboration with our external agency
- Optimize conversion rate: Develop strategies to improve visitor-to-customer conversion
- Customer retention: Design and implement email campaigns to maximize upselling and cross-selling
- Manage partners and agencies: Coordinate campaigns with our agencies and suppliers to support marketing initiatives and identify new media for testing
- Adapt European campaigns: Collaborate with central marketing department to implement European campaigns in Switzerland
- Performance analysis: Evaluate campaign performance and formulate optimization recommendations
- Manage customer reviews: Respond to reviews on Google Reviews and other digital platforms
Your Profile
- Apprenticeship as a media designer or commercial employee
- Further education in digital field
- First experience in digital marketing, especially managing paid campaigns, ideally in an agency
- Confident with data analysis tools (GA4, SEMRUSH, Google Ads)
- German as mother tongue
- Very good French skills (Level B2) and English skills (Level B2)
- Very good analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills
