Your Tasks
As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will plan and execute complex performance marketing campaigns for your e-commerce clients. In doing so, you will provide strategic impulses in developing long-term marketing strategies aligned with overarching business goals. Clear and effective communication with stakeholders is crucial. Using data analysis tools and platforms, you will track campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and derive data-based optimizations.
Requirements
- Have 1-2 years of experience in performance marketing with a focus on e-commerce and be proficient with corresponding tools (Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, etc.)
- Be experienced with tools like GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Data Studio for campaign performance analysis
- Have the ability to analyze large data volumes, interpret KPIs (e.g., Conversion Rate, CTR, ROAS) and make data-based decisions
- Can clearly and comprehensibly communicate complex performance data and strategies to stakeholders
- Speak German and English fluently
- Preferably have a degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or comparable fields
