Overview
We are looking for PPC Manager to join our team.
As the PPC Manager, you will advise, implement, test and optimise advertising campaigns all around the world, driving both volume and quality of leads.
You'll help launch and report on various paid search and paid social campaigns across Google Ads, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat etc, to boost the recruitment effort.
You will lead on “test and learn” activities to enhance our PPC campaigns.
You’ll receive mentoring from digital marketing experts, and gain valuable exposure to many other important aspects of a marketing team that’s currently going from strength to strength!
Essential Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years PPC and Paid Social experience
- Knowledge of digital marketing concepts
- Strong analytical skills
- High attention to detail
- Strong understanding of reporting platforms e.g. Google Analytics
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships
- Excellent organisational and project management skills
- Positive attitude, flexible, can work collaboratively
- Enthusiastic, energetic and passionate, likes to bring ideas to the table
- Interest in ongoing learning and desire for personal development
Desirable Qualifications
- Experience in a CRM system e.g. Salesforce
- Marketing, Mathematics or Business-related degree
- Fluency in written and Spoken English; other languages are a plus
- Working knowledge of tagging and tracking e.g. Google Tag Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Lead on paid search activity, providing expertise and knowledge to deliver maximum return on investment
- Implement and monitor paid social media campaigns for Kaplan International Pathways to achieve objectives in targeted leads and customer acquisition
- Adjust paid campaigns to multiple geographic regions when needed
- Optimize and report on “test and learn” activities to innovate and establish best practices for the paid channels activity across the international markets
- Drive efficiencies with analytics-led plan, build, and test of PPC campaigns
- Report and analyze results regularly by using different data sources (Google Analytics, Salesforce, advertising platforms, etc.)
- Implement and monitor data-led strategies for the international markets that deliver against the marketing plans
- Collate and distribute information for internal reporting
- Present strategies and plans to internal stakeholders in the markets and other central teams
- Help lead on sharing internal and external digital trends and technologies with the team to continually improve the program and maintain competitive advantage
- Build and maintain relationships with market managers
- Identify improvement opportunities across the digital analytics remit, supporting the wider roadmap
