We are looking for a strategic and driven Demand Generation Coordinator to join our energetic team.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive demand generation strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and acquisition for our scale partner platforms. You will collaborate closely with various internal teams and stakeholders to design and implement innovative marketing campaigns and launch new technical products to target audiences.
You will leverage your experience in demand generation and digital marketing to run campaigns that reach end-customer audiences, optimise lead generation, and achieve our ambitious growth goals. Your passion for analytics and data-driven strategies will guide our approach to campaign execution and performance measurement.

Requirements
Education
- Grade 12 or equivalent.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
Experience
- Experience in launching new tech products and running marketing campaigns for new target audiences.
- Previous experience in a start-up or tech environment is advantageous.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing techniques, demand generation, and SaaS environments.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM platforms, and digital content creation.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data utilisation and performance monitoring.

Responsibilities
Develop Demand Generation Strategies
- Assist in designing and implementing scalable partner platform strategies, including POC and full product launches.
Execute and Manage Campaigns
- Launch product collateral and SaaS solutions, conducting acquisition campaigns for various marketplaces.
Collaborate with Internal Teams and Stakeholders
- Align with the Team Leader, Research Manager, and Solution Provider Manager, while engaging partners and influencers for effective campaigns.
Monitor and Analyse Campaign Performance
- Use data to track and optimise demand generation campaigns, improving outcomes and informing future strategies.
Manage Lead Generation and Customer Acquisition
- Develop strategies to attract and retain partners, driving lead generation through research-based tactics.
Assist with Budget and Resource Management
- Support the Team Leader in managing budgets and resources for demand generation activities.
Support Content and Online Presence Development
- Create educational content for social media, thought leadership, and newsletters to build Digital on Demand’s online presence.
Provide Ad-hoc Support
- Assist with various marketing and demand generation efforts across departments as needed.
