What you will do:
- Strategize, execute, and refine paid media campaigns across social platforms, including Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide data-driven recommendations to achieve performance goals
- Set up and advise on tracking systems and analytics for accurate campaign measurement
- Deliver detailed campaign reports to stakeholders, offering clear insights and actionable next steps
- Align with our creative team to develop effective ad assets
- Advise clients on performance and paid media topics, shaping annual strategies and campaign approaches
Requirements
What we expect:
- Proven experience in paid media management with a strong focus on social media channels
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Solid understanding of tracking and analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Adverity, tracking pixels and experience in setting up and managing these technologies
- Experience with setting up and maintaining dashboards (e.g. Tableau, Looker Studio, PowerBI)
- Strong analytical knowledge and the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Strong communication skills and fluency in German and English
- Willingness to work regularly on-site at our Vienna office
- Based in Austria, Germany or Portugal
