The Role
Opportunity for an experienced performance marketer to join our team and drive regional retail media strategies and executions growth further across 6 markets: Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam.
The Regional Performance Marketing Manager role will be based in Thailand, working closely with the Regional Media team in Thailand and Singapore.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Responsibility for regional brand point of contact on media clients management
- Lead communication with regional clients from media onboarding, planning, execution, and reporting with KPIs established
- Coordinate and working closely with Intrepid local performance marketing team on developing media strategy together with supporting media executions and optimization to ensure KPIs delivered
- Provide insights and training to help local performance marketing team maximize performance ads and fully utilise Martech tools capabilities
- Deliver regional insights and recommendations to drive long-term marketing success
- Partner with the Regional Head of Digital Media to build and adjust SOW and SOPs for regional media planning and buying.
Who we look for - the ideal profile:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a performance marketing manager or related fields
- Proficient in English with strong verbal and written communication
- Proficient in Thai with strong verbal and written communication
- Proficiency and hands-on performance media planning and execution on Lazada Ads, Shopee Ads, Tiktok Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Adwords, etc
- Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate effectively to problem solve
- Strong analytical skills and make suggestions based on marketing data-driven metrics
- Strong interpersonal, relationship and communication, listening and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of achieving targets and delivering high-quality output
