Position Overview

We're at an exciting phase of growth and are seeking a German-Speaking PPC Account Manager who shares our passion for B2B marketing. This part-time (5-10 hours/week) remote role is perfect for someone based in Western Europe who wants to be part of a highly capable team while maintaining flexibility.

As a key player at Capital C, you'll manage campaign creation, management, and optimization across various platforms, particularly focusing on Google Ads and LinkedIn. Over time, you'll become the primary point of contact for your own client pod, working directly with B2B companies to refine their digital marketing strategy and deliver measurable results.

Responsibilities

Create and manage campaigns across ad platforms (mainly Google Ads) meticulously analyzing and optimizing each step to maximize performance.
Collaborate with clients to refine messaging and landing pages, ensuring alignment with their goals and objectives.
Become the primary point of contact for clients, overseeing communication, reporting, and deliverables to ensure satisfaction and goal achievement.
Conceptualize compelling messaging across ad copy, creatives, and landing pages driving engagement and conversions.
Initiate and oversee testing of new and evolving features to stay ahead of the curve.
Stay abreast of industry trends and platform updates, continuously updating your knowledge and strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Proactively explore and test new tools and technologies to enhance workflow efficiency and campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications

Fluent or native level of German.
Minimum of two years of experience managing performance marketing campaigns in an agency or in-house.
Demonstrated ability to understand complex B2B businesses, value propositions, and target audiences.
Proficiency in ad platforms, particularly Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
Familiarity with Google Analytics 4; Knowledge of Hubspot, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio is advantageous.
Analytical mindset with a passion for working with data, coupled with a structured and detail-oriented work style.
Reliability and commitment to delivering exceptional results, coupled with a genuine enthusiasm for digital advertising and continuous learning.
Excellent communication skills and a client-centric approach to service delivery.
Eagerness to explore and embrace new technologies, staying curious and adaptable in a rapidly evolving landscape.
Degree in business or a related field.

Process

Final Assessment: Complete the Wealth Dynamics Assessment (we'll provide this) and 45-minute interview with Christina (founder), diving deep into technical expertise and cultural fit.
Paid Trial Task: Conduct an audit of a real client account. Afterwards, you will present your findings and recommendations. This helps us understand your analytical approach while compensating you for your time.
