OverviewAs a Transition Lead, you will be at the forefront of transforming how new client business is integrated into the Publicis ecosystem. This strategic and impactful role involves overseeing and managing medium to large-scale, complex transition programs that last 3-6 months. You will lead multiple project work streams, ensuring every aspect of the transition aligns with Publicis standards and meets client expectations.
ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning & Implementation: Spearhead the seamless transition of client businesses, ensuring flawless onboarding and integration.
- Leadership & Collaboration: Work closely with Client Leads and guide a team of local market champions and subject matter experts to achieve key milestones.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as the principal contact for senior client stakeholders, regional teams, and internal Publicis collaborators, facilitating open communication and collaboration.
- Communication & Reporting: Develop and manage comprehensive communication strategies, including regular progress reports and engaging workshops.
- Risk Management: Conduct thorough risk assessments and manage issue resolution processes to maintain smooth transitions.
- Training & Technology Deployment: Ensure delivery of standardized training programs and seamless access to technology systems across the network.
- Priority Setting: Direct local market and agency teams in transitioning from incumbent partners, forming new teams, and rolling out innovative technologies.
Qualifications- Substantial experience in a client account leadership, senior client project management or senior business development role.
- Demonstrable experience managing medium to large-scale, complex programs
- Must have proven experience working in a complex, matrixed environments, managing multiple senior and regional stakeholders
- Strong problem resolution skills
- Expert understanding of project & program management processes within media and advertising.
- Ability to interact, manage and influence key stakeholders including executive team members.
- Maintains composure and effectiveness under pressure, exhibiting resilience and a calm demeanor while managing stress in high-stakes situations.
- Pays meticulous attention to all aspects of a task, ensuring accuracy and completeness even when working quickly under tight deadlines.
- Communicates clearly and effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients, ensuring that everyone is informed and aligned despite the fast pace.
