About the Role:
The Sr. Director, Growth Marketing is responsible for building and optimizing performance marketing, focused on customer brand awareness, acquisition and growth, including strategy development, execution and optimization across channels: paid advertising, organic search, CRM and email marketing, social media, and analytics.
This is a high impact position in the marketing organization and will lead the team responsible for analyzing real-time results to enable faster optimization and accelerate growth.

This role will be hybrid based out of our headquarters in Loveland, CO.
What will you do?
- Understand and Engage Customers: Start your day by diving into customer insights, ensuring our marketing strategies reach, engage, and retain the right audiences.
- Lead Multi-Channel Marketing Strategies: Oversee the development of data-driven, multi-channel marketing plans, optimizing campaigns across paid advertising, email, social media, and more to achieve growth goals.
- Innovate and Create: Brainstorm and execute new, innovative marketing ideas that cultivate both new and existing customers. Your creativity will fuel breakthrough campaigns that align with our business vision.
- Oversee Campaign Execution: Manage the performance marketing team and external partners in executing paid search, social, programmatic, and affiliate campaigns—always keeping an eye on customer acquisition goals and ROI.
- Leverage Emerging Opportunities: Stay ahead of the curve by identifying new opportunities to boost customer acquisition and increase lifetime value.
- Test and Optimize: Develop A/B and multivariate testing plans, continuously refining campaigns and optimizing for conversions to deliver on business objectives.
- Harness the Power of Technology: Evaluate and implement MarTech/AdTech solutions that drive performance and streamline marketing operations.
- Analyze and Report: Review and analyze program performance, communicate insights with the team, and develop best practices to boost efficiency and effectiveness.
- Strategically Allocate Resources: Work closely with finance to manage resource investments, focusing on optimizing return on investment while refining multi-touch attribution models.
Are you qualified?
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications (Master’s preferred) with 10+ years of leadership and marketing experience, including leading global teams.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels (paid advertising, social media, email, etc.) and driving business growth.
- Strong experience in leading diverse marketing teams (Digital Experience, Marketing Operations, Performance Marketing) and managing large, complex budgets.
- Deep understanding of MarTech and AdTech solutions with a data-driven approach to problem-solving, maximizing performance, and adapting strategies as needed.
- Ability to balance strategic vision with attention to detail, aligning brand strategy with business goals while leading customer insight generation and acquisition activities.
- Demonstrated ability to build high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment, fostering a collaborative, growth-focused culture.
- Strong analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and drive continuous improvement across all levels of the organization.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting.

An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
The compensation range for this role is $180000 - $210000 USD per year.
This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.
