We are looking for a Paid Media Specialist.
Job Description
As a Paid Media Specialist, you will be responsible for the planning, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across various channels such as Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Tiktok. Your work will directly impact our clients’ success, helping them achieve their marketing goals and maximize ROI. This is a full-time, hybrid role. You will report to our Digital Marketing Manager.
Your Responsibilities
- Campaign Strategy and Execution: Develop, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Tiktok Ads and other relevant networks to drive lead generation and conversions.
- Keyword and Audience Research: Conduct thorough research to identify relevant keywords and audience segments to ensure targeting is aligned with campaign objectives.
- Ad Creation and Testing: Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging ad copy, visuals, and CTAs; implement A/B testing to continually improve ad performance.
- Budget Management: Monitor and allocate budgets effectively across campaigns to achieve desired outcomes within allocated spend.
- Performance Tracking and Reporting: Set up tracking mechanisms (e.g., UTM parameters, Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel) to monitor performance; provide detailed reporting on KPIs, conversion metrics, and overall campaign ROI.
- Optimization and Scaling: Use data insights to refine targeting, adjust bidding strategies, and improve ad placements; scale successful campaigns to maximize client investment.
- Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Continuously learn about platform updates, new ad formats, and best practices to stay ahead of changes in the paid media landscape.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in paid media campaign management, ideally within an agency setting.
- Proficiency with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads Manager and analytics tools like Google Analytics.
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with data to inform campaign optimization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on client-centric reporting.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or similar are a plus.
- Discipline and a laser focus on outcomes.
- Pro-active, with initiative to anticipate problems before they occur.
- Ability to multi-task.
