OverviewThe role in a nutshell:
As the Senior Strategist for the global wealth offering of one of our largest financial services clients, you are the go-to for uncovering answers and insights through research, instinct, and immersion into every part of our clients’ business. You will build and flex Creative Strategy, Communications Planning and Experience Planning muscles to help our client’s business grow. You will show an inexhaustible curiosity for information and inspiration, and an insatiable appetite to learn by doing. In doing so, you’ll be an indispensable part of every step of the creative process.

Responsibilities- Support the development of integrated campaign strategies and briefs for all major initiatives across the year from start to finish, ensuring we are constantly learning & making the work better.
- Work arm-in-arm with media, global, and activation partners to bring big ideas to life in through all channels and new partnerships that “break the funnel” and lead to bold, groundbreaking uses of media.
- Partner with Creatives to make ideas more engaging, innovative, irresistible, and legendary.
- Craft simple, compelling narratives that help sell in big ideas to multiple client teams.
- Monitor and report back on category, competitive, cultural, and social trends that affect our customers and our client’s business.
- Monitor the performance of our work and provide ongoing recommendations for how to optimize and improve our work to be more effective and impactful.

Compensation Range: $73,500- $123,500 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
