We welcome remote U.S.-based candidates.
We're looking for a New Stream Media Manager to support an iconic retail client. Reporting to the Senior Director, you will lead media strategy on platforms like Meta, Google Ads, DV360, Pinterest, and TikTok, driving performance across retail categories.
You will work with Account Managers to understand brand priorities, collaborate with the Audience Team to refine targeting, and manage campaign activation, ensuring best practices are followed. You will also increase campaign performance to meet goals and provide insights on pacing, media planning, and campaign progress to ensure everyone is aligned.
You Will:
- Manage campaign setup and optimization across Google Ad Servers, DSPs, and paid social platforms to ensure full delivery against goals.
- Coordinate with internal/external teams on performance, risks, deliverables, and campaign updates, leading weekly reviews on status, timelines, and potential issues.
- Be a point of escalation for activation best practices, processes, and technical issues.
- Identify efficiencies in daily tasks and share best practices with the team.
- Support activation across offsite channels and collaborate with teams to implement process improvements and refinements.
You Have:
- 2+ years of experience in a digital activation role (bonus if you've worked at an agency or Retail Media Network).
- Hands-on experience with DSPs (e.g., DV360 or TTD), paid social platforms (e.g., Facebook/Instagram, Pinterest, or TikTok), and ad servers (e.g., DCM, GAM, or CM360).
- Previous management/team leadership experience.
- Proficiency in resolving issues and simplifying complex concepts, while managing campaigns simultaneously.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (ability to use formulas, functions, and pivot tables).

The anticipated salary range for this position is $51,000-$83,375. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law.
