About The Team
The Regional Marketing Solutions team is responsible for online marketing strategy and the growth of solutions across internal and external media channels for Shopee sellers.
As an intern, you will support the team in driving business growth for our Marketing Solutions product – Affiliate Marketing Solution (AMS). In this role, you’ll be working with a wide range of regional and local cross-functional teams including but not limited to Product, Marketing, Business Development, and Operations both regionally and locally.
Job Description
- Support the Regional Marketing Solutions team in driving adoption for affiliate marketing by improving the user experience through new feature development and enhancements
- Gather all new feature requests from other markets and assist in prioritisation exercise to keep the pipeline updated
- Collaborate with product team and local business teams to prepare for feature releases by doing UAT (user acceptance test) before feature goes live to market
- Conduct competitor research on affiliate marketing solutions to ensure we remain competitive and relevant in the markets
- Track and analyse performance of the feature post launch and determine drop off points to recommend enhancements for the existing feature
- Support the team on ad hoc operational duties including but not limited to: updating performance trackers, assisting on data requests, assisting on monthly trainings and helping answer local teams on product FAQs
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in a marketing major
- Proficient in data analysis and number crunching, Google Sheets and Google Slides
- Able to pay attention to details, highly organised, and manage timelines effectively
- Domain knowledge on social media and influencers is an advantage
- Able to communicate in a clear and succinct manner
