Job Description
Work with internal Product and Marketing teams to develop, test, launch features.
Educate internal marketing teams on how to use platforms and introduce new features.
Develop and maintain product user manuals and product feature calendars.
Assist in conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new features.
Coordinate test plans with internal Product and Marketing teams to ensure features are live on time.
Support day-to-day operations and maintenance of marketing platforms.
Assist in troubleshooting, resolving product issues and answering user inquiries in a timely manner.
Generate business insights or product ideas from user feedback, qualitative and quantitative analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree and above in Business Management, Marketing or any related field.
- Good understanding of digital marketing/marketing products.
- Good stakeholder management, communication and writing skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
- Full time preferred, PT minimum 3 working days.
