Job Description
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and country marketing teams to develop, refine and monitor commercial strategies through data-driven approaches.
Actively contribute to the influencer marketing strategies that are in line with the overall country marketing goals, recommend and see through objectives, targets, action plans, keeping to timelines and budgets.
Provide regular reports on campaign performance, oversee results and impact of influencer campaigns against overall commercial targets and track the implementation and impact of recommended strategies.
Assist with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual business performance reports for management; align and collaborate with other team members and stakeholders – internally and externally to deliver best in class campaigns.
Responsible for innovating in the influencer field by creating integrated approaches with other disciplines by designing data-driven methodologies and strategies.
Stay up-to-date with cultural/social trends and customers’ views and attitudes.
Lead new business pitches, market reviews and competitive trends. Be able to present analytical learnings and improvement solutions to internal stakeholders of different levels.
Be the go-to person for questions on the Shopee Affiliate Program, and support the team on the various affiliate marketing channels, campaign best practices, tracking and measurement.
Collaborate with Marketing Solution Managers to articulate and improve our solutions that serve both sellers and influencers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent.
- Passion for marketing, with at least 2 years hands-on experience in Affiliate Marketing, Influencer Marketing or a similar position.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and enthusiasm with a data-driven approach.
- Possess a thorough knowledge of social media platforms and their optimal techniques.
- Understand influencer marketing strategies and techniques.
- Good communication skills, and ability to collaborate with diverse and cross-country internal teams and external partners.
- Experience with key stakeholder management. Able to work with stakeholders across different levels.
- Ability to multitask, self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
