Job Summary
Responsible for maintaining ad sales inventory, assisting with targeting and launching ad campaigns, maintaining programs and ad campaign schedules, assisting with package pricing, maintaining tracking and reporting databases.

Core Responsibilities
- Work directly with Campaign Managers, Account Executives and Clients
- Responsible for all post-sale activities like inventory management, post-sale reporting, creating a strategic make-good/under delivery plan
- Effectively communicate with internal teams (sales, operations & finance)
- Build, traffic, and schedule advertising creative
- Proactively monitor, analyze and optimize all advertising performance
- Research discrepancies or inconsistencies and recommend alternatives to ensure full client satisfaction
- Provide troubleshooting assistance for creative and operations-related issues
- Provide superior customer service to our clients and sales team
- Understand the sense of urgency
- Develop partnership with sales organization
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance
- Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s), and overtime as necessary
