Job Responsibilities
As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be focusing on spearheading our digital marketing efforts. You will be responsible to work on the requirements in planning, executing, and optimising performance marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that maximize ROI across various digital channels. You will be responsible for the performance marketing campaigns across various channels.
In this role, you will:
- Assist in the execution of performance marketing campaigns across digital channels such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid media platforms
- Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies across paid media channels, including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and display advertising
- Lead the creation of targeted and compelling ad creatives and landing pages in collaboration with the creative team
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimise key metrics such as ROAS, CPA, and conversion rates
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends
- Collaborate with other marketing teams to ensure alignment and consistency across all marketing channels
- Provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators and recommended actions
Requirements
- Bachelors' degree in the Marketing, Business Administration, Data Analysis, or any related Discipline
- 3-5 years of experience in digital channels
- Proven track record of successfully planning and executing performance marketing campaigns that drive measurable results
- Solid experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant platforms
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights
