Tekunda is looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team and help us elevate our brand and expand our reach. As a Marketing Specialist at Tekunda, you will play a key role in developing and executing marketing campaigns that align with our business objectives. You will collaborate closely with our sales, product, and design teams to create content and strategies that resonate with our target audience. What you’ll do
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, content marketing, and paid advertising
- Create and manage content that supports our marketing goals, including blogs, social media posts, email newsletters, and website copy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing efforts align with product launches, sales goals, and brand messaging
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations for optimization
- Manage the marketing calendar, ensuring all campaigns are executed on time and within budget
- Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
- Assist in the development and execution of SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and search rankings
- Support the sales team with the creation of sales collateral, presentations, and other marketing materials
What You Need
- 2-4 years of experience in a marketing role, with a focus on digital marketing and content creation
- Creative thinker with a passion for staying up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and techniques
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to create compelling and engaging content
- Experience with marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and the ability to apply them to content creation
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
- Strong team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills
