Top Global Tech Company Seeking Journey Builder Growth Marketing Manager
Summary
The Growth Marketing Operations team is essential in enabling on-device communications and automated messaging for media products and services. This team focuses on developing and executing in-app messaging sent to millions of users globally across multiple services.
We are looking for a self-motivated and curious individual to manage the day-to-day operational workflows of growth marketing. This role involves working cross-functionally with teams including growth marketing, product, engineering, and business to develop and launch multi-channel customer communications, driving awareness and engagement of services and products.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and deploy customer journeys by assessing product and strategy objectives, platform capabilities, and data needs.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with stakeholders on global large-scale projects, ensuring operational plans, deliverables, and risks are properly addressed and aligned.
- Optimize performance through A/B testing to drive incremental growth and overall program improvement.
- Monitor campaign performance for operational integrity, identifying and communicating issues to internal teams.
- Identify key opportunities for improvement in campaign performance, operational efficiency, processes, and product tooling.
- Build a knowledge portal of best practices and playbooks as a reference and training resource.
Key Qualifications
- 5-8 years of lifecycle marketing experience, including building and launching acquisition and engagement initiatives.
- Experience with CRM or ESP platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud/ExactTarget, Braze, Oracle, and Responsys.
- High aptitude for logical reasoning and critical thinking; experience in SQL preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to deliver quality projects on time.
- Proactive, thoughtful, and resourceful innovator with a willingness to tackle ambiguity and roadblocks.
- Ability to react calmly to unexpected challenges, devise contingency plans, make judgment calls, and pivot as needed in an evolving environment.
- Team player mentality with strong consideration for the impact on partners.
- Effective communication skills across all mediums—from Slack and email to presentations.
- Passion for tech products and services with a deep familiarity with tech ecosystems of services and hardware.
Education
BA/BS preferred, or equivalent work experience.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with financial products and services is a plus.
- Solid experience in marketing automation, marketing technology, CRM, and lifecycle marketing.
- Ability to define rules and logic to automate marketing campaigns and understand data related to campaigns.
- Technical background and experience are preferred, without stepping into engineering or developer territory.
- Resourceful and innovative, able to think beyond requirements and come up with solutions that help achieve overall business goals.
- Presentation abilities and intermediate experience level required.
