We’re not a large company with rigid hierarchies. Instead, we’re a small team spread around the world, and in Singapore, you’ll work directly with a couple of the managing directors. The role is highly autonomous, requiring you to take ownership of your projects, make decisions independently, and collaborate with our remote team of writers and designers.
What the Role Involves
This is a hands-on and strategic role where you’ll be responsible for designing and executing growth strategies to increase profitability and scale paid marketing efforts. You’ll have the freedom to rethink our current marketing approach and propose innovative solutions.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
Developing Strategy:
- Create a comprehensive growth marketing plan focused on optimizing funnels, scaling paid ads, and increasing ROI.
- Align marketing initiatives with our product offerings to ensure a seamless user journey.
Executing Campaigns:
- Build and optimize marketing funnels, including writing copy and setting up campaigns.
- Experiment with new strategies and quickly implement improvements based on performance data.
Collaborating and Delegating:
- Work closely with our remote team of designers, writers, and ad specialists to execute your vision.
- Ensure clear communication and alignment with team members to deliver high-quality work efficiently.
Analyzing and Reporting:
- Track campaign performance, analyze data, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Report on key metrics and propose actionable insights for continuous growth.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone who thrives in a small, entrepreneurial environment and has the skills and mindset to own the growth marketing function.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have 5+ years of growth marketing experience with a proven track record in scaling funnels and campaigns.
- Be equally comfortable with strategic planning and hands-on execution.
- Excel at working independently while collaborating with a remote team.
- Have experience optimizing paid ads for profitability and understanding how to align them with product offerings.
- Be data-driven, using analytics to make informed decisions.
- Preferably have a passion for personal development and spirituality, as this aligns closely with our mission.
