About the Role:
The purpose of the Growth Marketing Hacker is to drive Fello’s revenue growth by creating and executing innovative demand generation campaigns that attract and convert high-quality prospects. Leveraging data, technology, and strategic experimentation, this role is centered on designing initiatives that optimize the customer journey and maximize ROI through rapid testing and continuous improvement. This position requires a blend of creative thinking, analytical expertise, and exceptional demand-focused writing skills. Responsibilities include developing multi-channel campaigns, crafting compelling ads, emails, and assets with a sense of urgency, and optimizing conversion funnels to align with overall business goals and accelerate the sales pipeline.
You Have:
- Exceptional Writing Skills: Proven ability to craft short, pithy, ad-like copy that drives action. This includes ads, subject lines, emails, landing pages, and other marketing assets that require concise and compelling messaging.
- Demand Content Creation: Demonstrated expertise in developing demand-focused content such as eGuides, handouts, and other downloadable assets designed to engage and educate prospects while driving lead generation.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- A/B Testing Expertise: Skilled in designing and executing sophisticated A/B tests to optimize top-of-funnel (TOFU) and middle-of-funnel (MOFU) campaigns. This includes testing creative assets, messaging, and targeting to improve performance and conversion rates.
- Creativity and Innovation: A creative thinker with a hacker mentality, constantly seeking new and innovative ways to drive growth.
- Project Management: Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and prioritize effectively.

You Will:
- Write, Write, & Write: Write and execute short, pithy copy that drives conversions including ads, emails, subject lines, and landing pages.
- Develop and Execute Growth Strategies: Design, implement, and optimize growth strategies aimed at driving key performance metrics, including customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue.
- Growth Hacking Mindset: Think outside the box to identify unconventional growth tactics and opportunities. Test new channels and marketing trends to stay ahead of the competition.
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Optimize the customer journey, from the first interaction to conversion, through testing and improving website performance, landing pages, and funnel efficiency.
- Experimentation and A/B Testing: Design and run A/B tests to improve conversion rates across acquisition channels, landing pages, and onboarding flows. Quickly iterate on campaigns based on data and insights.
- Customer Acquisition: Leverage organic and paid channels, including content marketing, SEO, social media, email marketing, and partnerships, to drive customer acquisition and growth.
- Data Analysis and Insights: Analyze data from various channels to uncover trends, insights, and areas for growth. Use analytics to inform strategy and measure the effectiveness of growth experiments.
Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role, ideally within a startup, B2B tech environment.
- 3+ years of pithy ad-writing experience (ads, landing page, emails, etc…).
- Ability to bridge strategy and execution, executing integrated campaigns from concept to completion.
- Created and launched sophisticated A/B testing strategies to improve conversion rates (CRO).
- Proficiency in marketing automation platform (Hubspot).
- Proven track record of delivering pipeline through creative, growth-hacker demand campaigns.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
Preferred Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Experience in B2B PropTech industries, Real Estate or SaaS backgrounds a strong plus.
- Familiarity with project management tools strongly preferred (i.e. Asana, Click-up, etc…).
