Job Overview
Hi there! We are looking to hire a Facebook/Instagram & Client Marketing/Campaign Manager ASAP!
Experience Required
- Experience building and managing Facebook/Instagram/Meta Ad campaigns in Facebook/Meta Ads Manager is REQUIRED.
- You don't need to be an expert, but if you're just boosting posts on a page and not building campaigns in Facebook/Meta Ads Manager, then you will not be considered for the role.
Work Schedule
This position is a full-time, 40+ hour per week role, with potential for additional hours based on availability.
You will be required to work 9 AM - 5 PM CST with flexibility.
Attention to Detail
You must have extremely high attention to detail, and be able to build campaigns without errors 99.9% of the time - which means you must be able to quality control your own work with accuracy and speed before sending it to the final quality control step.
Personal Attributes
- You're not the type of person to allow mistakes on client-facing work (which is usually done the same for each client).
- You're also not afraid to make suggestions and mistakes in internally figuring out a better way to build/create marketing campaigns over time.
- You must have STRONG listening, memory, and communication skills, and strong interpersonal skills.
- You must be EXTREMELY organized, and strive to complete campaign builds and monthly recurring tasks on time, or even early.
- You must be the type of person who doesn't need people to tell you to do something twice.
- You will need to be a strong critical thinker who can independently figure out how to work through the next logical step in a campaign if I don't give you every single detail.
- If you're not 100% sure about something, you're the type of person who asks questions and isn't afraid to admit when they aren't fully on the same page with the rest of the team.
- You must be willing to stay on top of all communication channels we use (email and our internal chat).
- You must be willing to ask questions when needed to ensure you understand what each team member is doing, and bring us back on track if we're falling behind.
- Reading internal communication of how to build specific campaign that deviates from our standard process, and taking notes for your own recollection will also be a must.
- We need a team player who is willing to do whatever it takes to get campaigns done on time - "lone wolves" are not what we are looking for.

About the Position
You are the main person who executes on any campaign-related work for our clients - that includes most of the new client onboarding, Facebook ad campaign building, and ongoing monthly recurring tasks for clients.
Most of our work is set up in templates - but you will be editing the details to make sure they 100% match what is needed to be customized in any fields in email campaigns, text message campaigns, and ad campaigns, with precision and speed.
You must be technologically savvy - we may use new tools for automating processes on a regular basis, so you will need to be able to take on new software tools often and be able to become an expert in using them quickly.
We are disciplined and process-focused, so we will need you to match this principle as well.
We are willing to pay for any training that may be beneficial to your position.
We work as a team, and if you ever feel like you don’t know what to do for a certain step, I will gladly hop on a video call with you and talk to you about what I think we should do.
It's okay to make mistakes if you want to try something for yourself, but remember not to make the same mistake twice.
Compensation
Type of Contract: Independent Contractor (IC)
The Salary: USD $1,200 Monthly
