The Role:

We’re seeking a Paid Media Specialist to join our client’s team. In this role, you’ll collaborate with senior team members to support client campaigns while gaining hands-on experience in paid media strategy and optimization.

Responsibilities:

Monitor and report on the performance of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
Support account management under the guidance of senior team members.
Assist with testing ad creatives and copy, tracking performance metrics.
Learn and implement optimization techniques.
Contribute to strategy discussions and campaign planning.
Follow established workflows and suggest process improvements.
Provide input for creative and copy concepts (final versions handled by the creative team).

Requirements:

0-3 years of experience in paid media
Native Spanish with strong English
Based in Latin America
Can work EST hours

Compensation:

CAD $18,000 - $24,000 annually (negotiable based on experience)
