The Role:
We’re looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Paid Social Specialist to lead paid social media campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and TikTok platforms. This role focuses on campaign execution, performance optimization, and delivering outstanding results for mid to high-tier client accounts. Core Responsibilities:
Campaign Management & Execution
- Launch and manage multiple client campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms to meet or exceed KPIs.
- Continuously optimize ad performance using best practices, audience segmentation, and creative testing to maximize ROI.
- Manage a performance ad spend of $150,000 to $300,000 per month across multiple accounts.
- Collaborate with the Creative team to develop impactful ad copy, high-performing landing pages, and engaging video content.
Performance Optimization
- Analyze campaign performance metrics regularly to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
- Implement A/B testing strategies to optimize audience targeting, creative assets, and messaging.
- Use data insights to make informed decisions about budget allocation and strategy adjustments.
Collaboration & Growth
- Work closely with the Performance Marketing Manager and Senior Specialist to identify solutions for struggling accounts and scale successful campaigns.
- Partner with the Creative team to refine video ad campaigns and ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Collaborate with the Client Services team to address high-level client needs and challenges.
What You Won’t Be Doing:
- Handling routine client communication (managed by the Client Services team).
- Approvals for day-to-day tasks or minor deliverables.
- Operating in a silo—you’ll strike a balance between independence and collaboration.
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience managing performance marketing campaigns on Meta platforms.
- 1+ year of direct response marketing experience (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Facebook and Instagram ad platforms, with proven ability to scale campaigns.
- Experience developing creative briefs and ideating video campaigns.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.
- Preferred: Agency experience and experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO).
