The Role:
We’re seeking a Paid Media Specialist to join our client’s team. In this role, you’ll collaborate with senior team members to support client campaigns while gaining hands-on experience in paid media strategy and optimization.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and report on the performance of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Support account management under the guidance of senior team members.
- Assist with testing ad creatives and copy, tracking performance metrics.
- Learn and implement optimization techniques.
- Contribute to strategy discussions and campaign planning.
- Follow established workflows and suggest process improvements.
- Provide input for creative and copy concepts (final versions handled by the creative team).

Requirements:
- 0-3 years of experience in paid media
- Native Spanish with strong English
- Based in Latin America
- Can work EST hours
Compensation:
- CAD $18,000 - $24,000 annually (negotiable based on experience)
