Role Summary
As a Paid Search Manager, you’ll be at the heart of crafting bold, innovative search strategies that push boundaries and deliver exceptional results.

Job responsibilities
- Oversee the planning, execution, optimization, and reporting of large-scale paid search campaigns across multiple platforms, targeting client KPIs.
- Manage client communications across key accounts, and effectively present the current campaign performance and strategic vision at regular client meetings.
- Drive new ideas to improve the performance of campaigns including (but not limited to) account structure, bid strategy, creative, ad copy, keyword expansion, audience management, and landing page optimization.
- Work closely with the reporting team to drive data-backed innovation and strategy.
- Collaborate closely with other channel teams (such as social and programmatic teams) to create unified, best-in-class, cross-channel campaigns.
- Maintain bulletproof organization of client spend, budgets, naming conventions, and account structure.
- Stay at the forefront of industry innovation and best practices, learn and grow your knowledge, and bring new findings and ideas to clients and internal teams.
You’re the right person for the role if you have
- 3+ years of paid search advertising experience (agency experience preferable).
- Degree in business, math, marketing, engineering, science or similar.
- Proven track record of success with search advertising campaigns.
- Mobile experience is beneficial.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously to meet objectives/key deadlines.
- Experience with website and lead analytics (such as UTM tagging, Google Analytics).
- Ad platform certifications.
- Outstanding data handling and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Well-organized and flexible; able to move from project to project without delay.
