Summary: Supports in executing the media strategy across traditional and digital platforms. Closely collaborates with cross-functional teams to execute high-impact media campaigns, support business goals, and optimize campaign performance for maximum ROI.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with team to evaluate media information and prepare media plans aligned with organizational goals.
- Prepare schedules, manage detailed budgets and ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns.
- Negotiate and purchase media space and time across various platforms, securing the best rates for advertising spend.
- Support all media buys by managing estimates, loading avails and issuing insertion orders for approval.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights and regular reports to stakeholders.
- Make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI.
- Maintain strong relationships with media vendors, stakeholders and internal teams.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in media buying across traditional and digital channels.
- Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.
Requirements
- Minimum Required Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
- Required Licensure/Certification: None required.
- Minimum Experience: 1-2 years of media buying experience, preferably in both traditional and digital platforms.
