Job Purpose
The purpose of the Growth Manager is to contribute to Hospital Services, DaVita’s inpatient dialysis business, mission to be the partner of choice to hospitals and health systems that deliver renal and apheresis therapies.
The primary responsibility of the Growth Manager is to identify and execute initiatives that drive Hospital Services overall growth by analyzing data, identifying growth opportunities, collaborating across cross-functional teams, and optimizing the customer acquisition, retention, and upselling funnel to increase revenue and market share.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Value Proposition: Responsible for translating market insights and Hospital Services value proposition into customer-facing messaging and materials that highlight DaVita Hospital Services as the Partner of Choice for inpatient renal & apheresis services.
- Content Management: Partners with DaVita Marketing Team to ensure alignment with DaVita branding and strategies, while developing and maintaining all marketing and communication materials for Hospital Services.
- Internal & External Collaboration: Supports DaVita Business Development Directors and DaVita Operations Teams with creation of customer engagement materials for both acquiring new customers and expanding services/products to existing customers; identifies new opportunities to drive hospital services growth based on customer feedback.
- Marketing Partnerships: Leads partnership with external hospital organizations (e.g., American Hospital Association, Beckers, etc) to market Hospital Services core capabilities.
- Analytics: Leveraging Salesforce, identifies key metrics to evaluate and validate growth initiatives as well as reports and presents on growth performance metrics to senior leadership.
- People Management: Manages one Senior Analyst who is responsible to maintain sales and hospital relationship data in Salesforce, including reporting on growth pipeline and hospital wins & losses across divisions.
Education And Experience
- A minimum of 4-8 years of relevant experience with progressive responsibilities focused on strategy, marketing and project management (healthcare preferred).
- MBA or graduate degree preferred, but not required (business, natural sciences, or healthcare related field preferred).
- Experience in people management or team lead experience is preferred.
- Effective written and verbal communicator with all levels of management, executives and outside vendors.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to identify insights from large data sets.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, able to lead and manage resources in a highly matrixed organization.
- Strong project management skills including planning, development and delivery.
Travel
If based in Denver – hybrid expectations (in-person Tues-Thurs); if remote – quarterly travel to Denver for team meetings/events.

Salary/ Wage Range
$82,800.00 - $121,600.00 / year
Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
