Epsilon is seeking a Data Solutions Manager to join our strong and steady Data Solutions team. The Data Solution Manager’s primary goal is to hire, develop, coach, and mentor team members to foster their growth and ensure the Data Client Solutions teams consistently deliver fast, professional, and accurate products and services to both internal and external clients. The Data Solutions Manager will report to the Director, Client Services Delivery.

- Ability to systematically monitor and maintain individual and departmental accuracy through audits and checks
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, admit mistakes, and uphold ethical standards. Ensure privacy and data security are maintained at all times.
- Foster win-win relationships internally and externally, adapting communication strategies when necessary.
- In-depth understanding and working knowledge of core Data products and the production process
- Hold regular team meetings, one-on-one discussions, and development sessions
- Prioritize individual training and development, offering stretch opportunities
- Initiative – Stay updated on product applications, best practices, and client strategies. Commit to continuous self-improvement and anticipate trends to enhance skills. Actively develop skills based on business trends and emerging needs.
- Problem Solving – Use systematic processes to assess productivity, time management, and resource utilization, while seeking process improvements. Adapt to ambiguity and uncertainty, effectively managing risks and challenges. Manage projects and resources across verticals to support business goals.
- Collaboration – Demonstrates leadership skills, including responsiveness, communication, self-assessment, and inspiring others. Positive influence within the team aligns with management, and champions business goals and changes
- Organization – Maintain transparency, provide guidance, and be responsive to associates' needs. Assume any necessary role to support the team’s success.
- Why you might stand out from other talent:
- Minimum of 2 years proficiency in Management experience preferred or comparable Epsilon experience.
- Demonstrated leadership ability with a hands-on approach/involvement in day-to-day operation
- Strong presentation, writing, and communication skills with particular attention to precision of language and the ability to organize information succinctly and logically
- Demonstrated effectiveness using rigorous logic and methods to solve problems and can act without complete information under deadlines
