Epsilon is seeking a Senior Account Manager (OEM Account Lead) that will provide exceptional client service by managing the day-to-day operations of the account. This leader will be responsible for the overall growth of the account, program strategy, operational excellence and team leadership. This role will report to the Senior Vice President, Strategic Consulting and work closely with our internal support teams including Technology, Print Production, Finance, and Call Center. This is a hybrid role, with an expectation of 2 days/week in the Southfield, MI office.
This is a great opportunity to apply understanding of client objectives, dealer behavior/motivations, marketing and branding principles, available data, and Epsilon products to develop strategy recommendations. Additionally, partnering with Account Executive leads and Technology support to present new opportunities to clients. You will partner with cross-functional teams on account & campaign set-up, monitor and manage program performance to identify risks, develop mitigation strategies and present program performance to the client. Drive operational efficiency and scalability through standardization and automation, driving adoptions of products, tools, processes and best practices throughout the team. Foster a collaborative environment within the organization.

Who You Are
- What you’ll bring with you:
- Excellent client service acumen, presentation and writing skills.
- 4+ years in Account Management or Project Management.
- Desire to learn the details of Epsilon offering (tech, digital and data).
- Technology expertise (business requirements gathering, quality assurance testing).
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiples tasks and projects.
- Attention to detail to ensure consistent quality in all deliverables.
- Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Why you might stand out from other talent:
- Bachelor’s Degree from four-year college or university.
- Digital Marketing or Interactive Agency experience.
