Epsilon is seeking a Senior Data Solutions Specialist to join our strong and steady Data Solutions team. The Senior Data Solutions Specialist's primary goal is to provide an innovative and analytical approach toward account management. The Senior Data Solutions Specialist will report to the Director, Client Services Delivery.
What You’ll Achieve
- Impact: You will be responsible for facilitating the successful completion of Data Delivery Orders including complex / custom projects. You will lead and manage department and cross-functional projects as assigned. You will also provide ongoing mentoring and guidance to account support team members.
- Career Growth: If successful, the Senior Data Solutions Specialist may gain exposure to other clients where you can make the most impact. Also, you may have an opportunity to level up to a Lead role helping to mentor more junior specialists and hone your leadership skills.
Who You Are
- What you’ll bring with you:
- Ability to manage sector team workflow and execute promotion programs
- Ability to coordinate meetings to review forecasts, orders, and project progress. Experience in the development of web applications while leveraging experience with various content management platforms.
- Comfortable and proficient in Windows, GUI, and Command Line interfaces (including Unix). Proficient in using internal systems and tools.
- Ability to develop client support strategy and partner with Sales to manage day-to-day customer relationships
- Initiative – Proven ability to manage multiple tasks/projects effectively. Demonstrates logical thinking and problem-solving under deadlines and incomplete information
- Problem Solving – High attention to detail and proven strategic thinking. Ability to identify, troubleshoot, and recommend solutions for various issues (client, system, product, market)
- Collaboration – Demonstrates leadership skills, including responsiveness, communication, self-assessment, and inspiring others. Positive influence within the team aligns with management, and champions business goals and changes
- Organization – Flexible, adaptable to change, and effective in managing risk and uncertainty.
- Willingness to work flexibly, including overtime as required by the business
- Why you might stand out from other talent:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- At least five years’ experience in a customer service role
- Strong customer focus with effective relationship-building, tact, and diplomacy
- Analytical ability to interpret data and guide decisions to improve business performance
- Maintains composure under pressure
