What You’ll Do Relationship Development – 25%
Partner closely with other Horizon Media teams (Business Solutions, Investment, Traffic, Operations), building cross team relationships and incorporating relevant extensions
Social Media Strategy & Buying Oversight – 20%
Integrate social insights into overall planning process, incorporating data, research, and analytics into recommendations in order to deeply understand the role marketplace media plays in larger media objectives
Team Development & Management – 20%
Manage performance reviews, coaching to maximize success, identifying training needs for improved performance, setting goals for career development and ensuring actions are taken
Guide team in setting goals and project tasks and timelines, ensuring team members have challenging, level-appropriate projects and opportunities to learn new skills, contributing to overall team success
Campaign Management & Execution – 10%
Guide planner in campaign set-up, including testing methodologies, reporting requirements, and optimization requirements, for ensuring full impact and efficiency of each campaign
Maintain thorough knowledge in all internal buying and reporting tools, including platform interfaces and native tools for application/analysis into competitive landscape, target digital consumption support, plan development and reporting
Social Media Planning – 10%
Create and present media specific documents such as RFPs, media plans, objectives and strategies decks, and other related functions
Reporting – 10%
Determine set-up, including testing methodologies, reporting requirements, and optimization requirements, for ensuring full impact and efficiency of each campaign, proactively communicate any issues to internal teams or clients
Learning & Development – 5%

Salary Range: $1,730.77 to $2,019. a week. A successful applicant’s actual weekly or hourly rate may vary based upon, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure/certifications, and equity.
