Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Operations Director to oversee our production-heavy environment, with a strong focus on translation and transcreation and production. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing workflows and ensuring quality deliverables while maintaining excellent client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Strategy:
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity in production processes.
- Lead and mentor a diverse team, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
- Workflow Management:
- Oversee the workflow for translation and transcreation projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Analyse and optimize existing processes to improve turnaround times and resource allocation.
- Client Engagement:
- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, building strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback and make necessary adjustments to services.
- Quality Assurance:
- Establish and maintain quality control measures for all translation and transcreation work.
- Collaborate with the quality assurance team to address any issues or concerns promptly.
- Reporting and Analytics:
- Monitor operational performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Utilize data to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
