About the Role
The Associate Design Director will lead projects for key clients through all phases of the design process. This includes the development of big picture strategic directions for big brands, conceptual design research and exploration, critiquing and refining final execution, and ensuring design intent is maintained through the production phase. The Associate Design Director will engage with the Design Director on a strategic level; brainstorming, sketching, storytelling, mood boards and verbalizing ideas and strategic directions prior to execution.

What You’ll Need

Must have 7+ years of related experience

Will have demonstrated strategic knowledge of design nomenclature, brand identity best practices, experience developing branded eco-systems (brand manuals and style guides).

Strong presentation skills that include the ability to sell, explain and substantiate design thinking, direction and solutions are very important.

The candidate must have excellent technical skills in Adobe’s Creative Suite (eg. Illustrator, Photoshop InDesign and Keynote).
