GALE is seeking a Senior associate for our Ad Operations and Ad Tech team in Bengaluru. This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about the digital advertising landscape and are eager to develop their career in ad operations and technology.

Who you are
•You have 3-6 years of experience in Ad Operations, Ad Tech, or a related digital advertising field.
•You possess a bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising, Information Technology, or a related field.
•You have hands-on experience with ad serving platforms such as Google Campaign Manager, Sizmek, or similar tools.
•You have experience working on ad-verification tools such as Integral Ad science, Double verify, Moat etc.
•You have a basic understanding of programmatic advertising and real-time bidding (RTB) ecosystems.
•You are familiar with tag management solutions and have experience with implementing and troubleshooting ad tags and pixels.
•You are analytical, detail-oriented, and have a knack for problem-solving technical issues.
•You have excellent communication skills and can work effectively with cross-functional teams.
•You are proactive, eager to learn, and can manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
What you will be doing
•Set up, monitor, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various ad serving platforms.
•Implement and manage ad tags and pixels to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of campaign performance.
•Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to ad serving and tracking.
•Collaborate with media planners and buyers to ensure campaigns are delivered effectively and meet performance goals.
•Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and advancements in ad tech.
•Assist in the development and refinement of ad operations processes and best practices.
•Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams and clients regarding ad tech capabilities and campaign execution.
•Analyze campaign data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
