OverviewOverview and Job Description: The Revenue Operations Senior Associate role is a newly created highly visible position that will be a key contributor of Epsilon’s offshore Revenue Operations team. Responsibilities include Development and support of standard Revenue Operations reporting and dashboards, as well as standard periodic standard data integrity checks. As the team continues to grow, we expect to identify and transition additional Revenue Operations requirements including the support of targeting / quota values, and forecasting. The ideal candidate is a well-rounded performer who thrives in a fast paced and demanding environment, embraces a collaborative work style and possesses a clear customer and operations focus. Responsibilities: Develop and support existing standard reporting including (but not limited to) Weekly Pipeline summary package Monthly business review / Publicis update materials Standard Sales forecasting reporting Lead generation / contact reporting Account activity reporting Develop and improve operational control processes to ensure pipeline / sales tracking data integrity. Update and oversee information integrity of Salesforce and other systems in Epsilons CRM system architecture. Develop and audit full suite of financial reports across multiple reporting platforms. Provide project management for reporting and corporate FP&A initiatives. Update and manage Salesforce data as required. Ad hoc Sales and revenue analysis as required.
Qualifications3-5 years experience in Sales / Revenue or Marketing Operations in a global organization BA required in BA in Business, Marketing, or Finance preferred. Systems experience: Salesforce & MS office (required), connected applications (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoominfo, OutreachIO etc) preferred. Proven analytic ability (Ability to conceive and implement complicated operational analysis). Sales / Marketing report development experience required. Experience in development or assessment of business process and system data integrity Highly motivated and self-directed; exhibits thought leadership and strong critical thinking skills Excellent communication and influencing skills
