We're looking for an ambitious graduate with a desire to pursue a career in digital media. Joining Epsilon Digital Media Solutions as a Campaign Operations Analyst, you'll play an integral role in helping our clients grow. You will be responsible for the setup and end-to-end testing client campaigns. This is a unique opportunity of joining an ambitious, leading digital marketing business. Responsibilities- Build, configure and target mobile, display and video campaigns.
- Create, Implement and issue web site tracking tags identifying and capturing relevant data for campaign success.
- Assist in discrepancy investigations.
- Validate the set-up of all campaigns both in pre-launch and post-launch to ensure they meet requirements.
- Maintain campaign process documentation and template forms to ensure seamless service experience across book of business.
- Test new product releases ensuring user experience remains intact.
- Play a major role in the on-boarding of new Campaign Operation team members.
- Collaborate across Sales, Account Management, Media Delivery and Engineering teams to produce high quality results.
- On-going support and maintenance of existing clients.
- Become an expert in our platforms and processes. Conceptualizing and developing automation projects to be used company wide.
- Lead new integrations, liaising with counterparts in the EU & US.
- Troubleshooting technical setups and pixel tracking errors.
- Ensure all client delivery restrictions are adhered to.
- Track and monitor strategic testing.
- Keep up with developments in digital marketing
- Ownership of your development. Actively seek out opportunities to learn and support those around you.
- Coach, mentor and develop staff, including overseeing new employee on boarding and providing career development planning and opportunities.
- Provide effective performance feedback through employee recognition, rewards, and disciplinary action, with the assistance of Human Resources, when necessary.

- Knowledge of the functions, operations, and mission of the specific department.
- General knowledge of various employment laws and practices and employee relations.
