Epsilon is seeking an Account Supervisor to lead the account team on all matters of execution.
As an Account Supervisor, you'll play a crucial role in managing client relationships and ensuring the flawless execution of client programs. You'll contribute to strategic planning and concept development, provide proactive thought leadership, and serve as the strategic and operational lead in developing and executing key programs. Your leadership will drive the team to exceed client expectations, enhance the agency's ongoing business efforts, and creatively solve client business challenges.
The Account Supervisor will report directly to the Account Director and work closely with Creative, Analytics, Data, Production and Vendors.

- Impact: Successfully manage client programs by coordinating with production and creative teams, conducting post-program evaluations, and implementing insights for future improvements. Ensure financial accountability by monitoring costs and profitability while maintaining client budgets. Build strong client relationships through effective communication and strategic insights.

- Client service experience in a direct marketing services agency
- Strong background in direct mail and digital marketing
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
