OverviewThe Associate Director, Point of Care oversees and executes media programs for clients within the Point of Care (POC) space. You will manage daily team operations, building and maintaining relationships with POC media partners, and ensuring adherence to PHM's planning processes. The Associate Director will collaborate with mid-level clients, the Strategy team, and direct reports, playing an important role in project coordination and staff development.
Reporting to the Director of Point of Care, this position supports client initiatives within the marketplace and strengthens PHM's partnerships in the POC sector.

- You will develop a knowledge PHM's Terms + Conditions and Point of Care partner
- contracting process
- You will be responsible for:
- Create Point of Care tactical recommendation
- Owning & presenting POC recommendation
- Own the business rules and parameters of the point of care engagement
- Develop HCP Target list business rules that outline key requirements for individual brands, prioritization across franchises, and overlap strategy
- Develop cross franchise strategy
- You will prepare HCP target list for dissemination to partners
- You will oversee Monthly & Quarterly validation and verification of each partner.
- Responsible for managing the delivery of Point of Care team projects and tasks
- Responsible for Point of Care Marketplace updates
- Internal + External Relationship Responsibilities:
- You are responsible for developing talent, delegating, and ensuring teams are operating smoothly
- You will deliver constructive, actionable feedback to team
- You will lead as the point of contact for Point of Care media partners
- You will begin to oversee client relationships
Qualifications- 5+ years of media planning and/or buying for with preference in Point of Care, Out of Home, or HCP
- 1+ years recent HCP media experience
- 1-2+ years people management experience
- 2+ years expert MS excel (can maintain & manipulate complex spreadsheets)

Compensation: $93,500 - $115,500. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and we reserve the right to modify this pay range at any time.
