OverviewTo oversee strategy, planning, execution, optimization and reporting of key Performance Media channels for given client-account(s). To ensure agency Performance Media output is best-in-class by adopting an always-on innovation mindset, partnering closely with key digital media partners and by gaining a deep understanding of your client's business vertical and objectives.
To work closely with the Business Director/Lead of your account(s) ultimately ensuring high levels of client satisfaction across your given remit.
Take responsibility & accountability for the growth of your client's business within your given remit.
You will be the face of Performance Media for your client(s) and will be responsible and accountable for leading the execution team across channels such as SEM, Social, Programattic and others. Serving as a key Performance Media stakeholder internally, you will be looked upon as one of a number of champions across your channel disciplines.
Responsibilities- Lead Performance Media element of campaign briefs and work closely with with Business Directors/Leads to ensure excellence in Performance Media planning.
- Ensure planning and execution excellence across Performance Media channels.
- Formulate account-specific product adoption, acccount optimization & growth plans.
- Ensure best in class reporting capability, ensuring for the robust client communication of Performance Media results.
Qualifications- Minimum of 10 years+ experience in a digital media domain, prefferably agency experience.
- Experience in being client facing in a leading role.
- Management experience of at least 5+ subordinates.
- Excellent understanding of digital eco-system, with a deep understanding of ad platforms, technology and activation expertise.
- Experience in planning, strategy, managing and activating multichannel campaigns.
- BSc degree (or similar) in Marketing, Digital Technologies, Business Management, Business Administration, or relevant field.
