Job Purpose
The Associate Art Director is part of the creative team based in Bangalore, and remotely part of the larger creative team based in Chicago. As an AAD, you will support our senior Art Directors in crafting visually stunning designs that elevate client campaigns and internal projects. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams to bring creative concepts to life, ensuring that our work not only meets but exceeds expectations.
Work Environment
You’re expected to be in office in Bangalore a minimum of 2 days a week where you’ll interact with the team mates and have relevant meetings. The rest of the days, you’re expected to work remotely. We do not work in night shifts. It’s a regular 8-hour day you will be doing.

ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities & Duties:
- Collaborate with senior Art Directors to develop visual design treatments for digital creative projects, while also being aware of how Creative Strategy and Copywriting contribute to Art Direction
- Support lower-tier clients and campaign-based work by creating engaging design solutions
- Build strong working relationships with team members across teams, fostering a collaborative environment. Make friends!
- Follow standard practices and procedures in analyzing data and situations to derive effective design solutions
- Take direction well and implement feedback from senior team members to enhance your creative output
- Work closely with copy team members to brainstorm and refine creative concepts
- Maintain a proactive approach on all projects, contributing ideas and insights during creative sessions
- Demonstrate some degree of leadership on visual design efforts, guiding junior team members when necessary
Qualifications- 0-2 years of professional experience in a creative role, preferably in a digital agency setting, or with a degree related to Design and Digital Communication.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, and visual storytelling in the digital medium
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate clearly
- A passion for creativity and a willingness to learn and grow within the role
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
