Job Description
As the Senior Growth Marketer, you will play a key role in defining and executing the growth strategy for our SaaS products. You'll work across all marketing channels, including SEO, Paid Ads, Social Media, Email Marketing, and more, to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. You should have extensive experience in growth marketing and a proven track record of driving results in the SaaS industry. Previous experience in Hospitality SaaS is a major plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute growth strategies: Design and implement comprehensive growth strategies across all channels to drive user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue growth.
- Manage SEO, Paid Ads, social media, content and Email campaigns: Create and optimize campaigns for high-performing marketing channels, including search engine marketing, display ads, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Day-to-day operations management: Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns by coordinating with external agencies, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data analytics to assess performance, optimize campaigns, and inform strategy. Conduct A/B testing, cohort analysis, and customer segmentation to continually refine growth efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with the Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals and product launches.
- Lead generation and conversion optimization: Focus on inbound and outbound marketing strategies to generate qualified leads and optimize conversion rates.
- Storytelling and branding: Help shape the brand narrative across all platforms, ensuring the story aligns with our value proposition in the hospitality industry.
- Stay ahead of industry trends: Keep up to date with the latest marketing trends and technologies, especially within the SaaS and hospitality industries, to identify opportunities for growth.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, with a strong focus on SaaS products.
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful multi-channel marketing strategies (SEO, Paid Ads, Social, Email, Content, etc.).
- Strong understanding of performance marketing, user acquisition, and conversion rate optimization.
- Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in data analysis tools like Google Analytics, Salesforce.
- Proficiency in A/B testing and growth experimentation.
- Experience working in Hospitality SaaS is a major advantage.
- Exceptional communication skills, with a track record of driving marketing initiatives that create results.
- Demonstrated ability to drive significant growth in customer acquisition and revenue.
- A passion for storytelling and creating impactful marketing campaigns.
- Experience in Salesforce, Pardot, Account Engagement.
- Experience in Gartner.
- Experience driving traffic and MQLs using multiple growth channels.
